The Lambda Chi Alpha project is a major renovation and addition to the existing facilities. The front of the house is being torn down and rebuilt to more grandeur appearance. Our project includes: Adding a beautiful, majestic front porch surrounded by six columns.
- Adding a balcony on the second floor overseeing the new front porch.
- Adding a new concrete entry with new landscaping welcoming members and visitors to the house.
- Adding ten new bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms will be ADA accessible.
- Adding an elevator for handicap access to the second floor.
- Providing space for both individual and group study for the fraternity members.
- Adding a new library.
- Adding a new laundry.
- Adding new living quarters for the house mom.
