EXECUTIVE TEAM
Scott Thaggard
PresidentScott graduated from the School of Architecture, Mississippi State University and has worked in the construction industry since 1995. Scott began his career in Architecture, but since 2000 has served in the capacity of Project Manager, Project Executive and Division Manager overseeing commercial, industrial, correctional, educational and civil projects. Scott oversees the construction of projects as well as all day to day operations of the company.
Andrew Copeland
CFOAndrew has served the construction industry since 1996. He has served as an auditor, job cost consultant, internal controls specialist and most recently as a corporate controller. Andrew has authored two courses for the American Institute of CPAs as it relates to the construction industry in order to bridge the understanding of construction financial and tax issues amongst all parties related to the construction industry. Andrew joined DCS in 2013 and became a shareholder in 2016. Andrew is a graduate of Mississippi State University with a bachelor’s and master’s in professional accountancy with a specialization in taxation.
