At a total of approximately 63,000 square feet, DCS constructed the four story wood framed hotel at 2995 L’Auberge Boulevard, Lake Charles, LA. Young Mauldin Cafeteria, Delta State University – Cleveland, MS
DCS performed a complete interior and exterior renovation to Delta State University’s cafeteria. Originally constructed in the late 1960’s, the building’s round exterior and dome roof structure made it historically significant.

At a total of approximately 53,000 square feet, DCS constructed the four story wood framed extended stay hotel at 1840 Lindberg Drive, Slidell, LA.
Capital Facility Site Improvements
DCS was awarded the initial phase of renovating the site which is most notably recognized as the former Wright and Ferguson Funeral Home site
Stewart Hall, Jackson State University
Stewart Hall at Jackson State University, Jackson, MS, was one of the original dormitories built on the campus in 1961 to house freshman and sophomore students.
Lakeside Presbyterian Church Renovations
The Lakeside Presbyterian Church Renovation project involves upgrades to both the main sanctuary building and preschool building.

The Gluckstadt Animal Hospital was originally constructed in 2008. At a total of approximately 55,000 square feet, DCS constructed the four story wood framed extended stay hotel at 3810 Alexandria Mall Drive, Alexandria, LA.
MARRIOTT TOWNEPLACE SUITES – LAKE CHARLES, LA
DCS is in the process of building the TownePlace Suites in Lake Charles, LA. The hotel consists of 120 guestrooms and is scheduled to complete in the spring of 2017.
TOWNEPLACE SUITES – REDDING, CA
The TownePlace Suites in Redding, CA was the first hotel constructed by DCS. The hotel consisted of 101 guestrooms nestled in the foothills of Shasta County.
TOWNEPLACE SUITES – RICHLAND, WA
Located in the Tri-City area, the hotel consisted of 92 guestrooms with an indoor swimming pool.
MISSISSIPPI SPORTS HALL OF FAME
DCS was honored to be awarded the exterior renovation of the Mississippi Sports Hall of Fame Building.

Nucor Steel of Jackson has been a valued client of DCS for many years. DCS provides industrial maintenance for Nucor’s facilities in Flowood, MS.
JACKSON ZOOLOGICAL SOCIETY AMPHITHEATER
After a competitive bid, DCS was awarded the contract for the construction of the Amphitheater at Mississippi’s premier Zoo.
JACKSON ZOOLOGICAL SOCIETY RED PANDAS EXHIBITION
In conjunction with Nucor Steel and United Rents, DCS was able to assist in the creation of the Jackson Zoo’s newest exhibit that will be able to house the red pandas.
JACKSON ZOOLOGICAL SOCIETY RHINO BARN RENOVATION
DCS was awarded the renovation of the Rhinoceros Barn at the Jackson Zoo.
